Fusion Digital Solutions utilizes advanced Selective Laser Melting to fabricate cobalt-chrome removable partial denture frameworks fast and efficiently while ensuring the highest quality directly from your digital design files. SLM is an additive manufacturing process, for the fabrication of SLM RPDs powdered metal CoCr alloy is fused together in 40 µm layers avoiding many of the issues associated with the traditional wax and casting method.

Ethos CoCr alloy contains no Nickel, Beryllium, or Cadmium.
